The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was wonderful and plentiful. The location was perfect - close to old town, the Documentation center, the Hall of Justice and many other things. They also offered day trips from the hotel. The staff was very helpful in knowing what tram lines to take if you wanted to take public transportation.

The location is perfect. It is in front of the main train station and across the street from the beautiful Old Town. The breakfast buffet was great. The room and the bathroom were big. It is an old hotel, but it is well kept and it is very clean. It is a Marriott Hotel.

We loved the fact that it was a historical hotel. the location was perfect. Just across the street for the train station made it easy to transfer from the airport to the hotel. The room was comfy and met all our needs

A fabulous location, on the edge of the Altstadt, with its many attractions and restaurants, not to mention the Christmas Market. The staff at the front desk were very helpful. And the breakfast was outstanding.

The location was perfect (directly at the main train station and walking distance to all over town). The hotel has the feel of "grand old" hotels, very nice. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. And the room was nicely spaced out, not a crammed little room you often get in Europe.

It’s a very well appointed hotel from design, to the smells in the hallways, the restaurant, the bar, and the conference facility. Very professional.

Location : excellent for the train station and waking and shopping area breakfast : good and has all the variety room : there was no enough space to the chair in front of the desk

Bathrooms are beautifully decorated - old but gold type. Breakfast is very good, staff is very friendly and helpful.
